The California Wellness Foundation (TCWF) is an independent, private foundation created in 1992 with a mission to improve the health of the people of California by making grants for health promotion, wellness education and disease prevention. TCWF is one of the state’s largest private foundations, making grants each year in pursuit of its mission.
The Office Services Coordinator provides general office and administrative support to staff located at TCWF’s Woodland Hills headquarters and to visiting staff from the San Francisco branch. Responsibilities include processing and distributing mail, facsimiles and packages, purchase and maintenance of office supply and stationery inventory, basic facility and office equipment management and general clerical duties. The Office Services Coordinator will also serve as back-up for reception duties, answering phones, directing incoming calls, coordinating meetings, board rooms, and video-conference equipment setups, as well as other tasks and/or projects as needed.
