Capacity Building for Minority-Led and Minority-Serving Organizations

This Harder+Company evaluation assesses the impact of $2 million in grants made by The California Wellness Foundation and the Weingart Foundation to Liberty Hill Foundation to support 42 small, grassroots nonprofits with funding and technical assistance. The report indicates that this type of regranting project can have significant positive outcomes for nonprofits that primarily serve ethnic minority communities.
