There are over 250,000 legal permanent residents eligible for naturalization in the Inland Empire. On a daily basis and at no cost, TODEC is assisting eligible low-income residents with the naturalization process. In addition to the Citizenship Application Assistance Workshops, TOCED offers the following workshops: Citizenship Application Assistance, DACA Renewal Application Assistance, Know Your Rights, Deportation Defense Education, Public Charge & Policy Updates and Immigration Relief Screenings.
