Wendy Torres

Office Services Coordinator

Wendy Torres is the office services coordinator at The California Wellness Foundation’s Los Angeles office. In this role, she ensures the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities, provides essential administrative support, and serves as a key point of contact for staff, vendors, and guests. She is also a commissioned notary public in the state of California.

Torres joined Cal Wellness in 2012 as an assistant in the executive department. Her strong organizational skills and dedication led to a promotion in 2013 to executive assistant to the president and CEO, a role she held for three years before transitioning into her current position in 2016.

Prior to her time at Cal Wellness, she worked as an onsite manager and certified personnel supervisor for a staffing agency, where she managed payroll, new hire onboarding, employee orientations, and a wide range of administrative operations.

Torres attended Glendale Community College and brings a commitment to excellence and service to everything she does.
